An old and good customer asked me today if he could get a quote on some medium sized cookies. "Gosh" I said. "I haven't made that size in years." Two morals to this story-one is when you have dough-size and shapes are just geometry. The other is more important and that moral is that customers can be impressed in many ways, and sometimes in this fast paced world we get distracted and sometimes forget some of the things that made us successful.

My delicious Biscotti and Cookies are one size, but packed two ways:

Bulk for Coffee Houses, and Cookie Monsters.

and Individual Bags for Gifting and Gift Baskets.

Ask you favorite Coffee Shop or Specialty Store to get this stuff. It would be a shame to eat paste, when fabulous biscotti is virtually a phone call away! You deserve it.

an inferior product. My Biscotti is known for it's slight
but appropriate crunch and the flavor, oh the flavor speaks volumes about the love I put into each batch. From the butter I have painstakingly procured, to the purest vanilla, country fresh eggs, Ghiradelli chocolate, hand selected, locally grown pecans and fresh ground spices...
