and Individual Bags for Gifting and Gift Baskets.

Ask you favorite Coffee Shop or Specialty Store to get this stuff. It would be a shame to eat paste, when fabulous biscotti is virtually a phone call away! You deserve it.

I am so proud that you have stumbled upon my company's blog. I spend countless hours in my bakery creating the finest, mouthwatering classic cookies and biscotti for you to enjoy.

If you have ever baked for a crowd, then you know how even the slightest deviations or substitutions can create
an inferior product. My Biscotti is known for it's slight
but appropriate crunch and the flavor, oh the flavor speaks volumes about the love I put into each batch. From the butter I have painstakingly procured, to the purest vanilla, country fresh eggs, Ghiradelli chocolate, hand selected, locally grown pecans and fresh ground spices...

One bite and you will crave these each and every day.
